Raising more than $3 million since the partnership began in 2004, Tops Friendly Markets is a strong supporter of eight Children's Miracle Network Hospitals located in the northeast United States. Each June, more than 130 Tops Friendly Markets stores sell Miracle Balloons and host wrap-around activities from hot dog sales and basket raffles to Monte Carlo style fundraisers to raise funds for the local Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.

Throughout the year, they provide great support with events such as the Tops Charity Golf Tournament which brings vendors, miracle families and employees together for a great day of golf while raising significant funds for the local Children's Miracle Network Hospital. Tops also engages stores in the Miracle Jeans Day campaign, provides volunteers and financial support for Radiothons and Telethons, and holds a fall fundraiser in its major markets whereby it offers consumers an opportunity to win $5,200 in Free Groceries for a Year (in Rochester and Syracuse) or Free Gas & Groceries for a Year (in Buffalo). Additionally, Tops hosts an annual event where customers can enter to win a chance for a five-minute shopping spree, showing the fun and dedicated commitment to Children's Miracle Network Hospitals.
