Celebrities Virtually Visit Children’s Hospitals During Pandemic

During the pandemic, it can be a lonely time for kids in the hospital with restrictions to visitation, playroom access, and large gatherings. Children’s hospitals are on the frontlines of the COVID-19 crisis, open 24/7/365 to provide high-quality, compassionate care that sick children – and adults need. Over the last few weeks, many celebrities stepped up to support the 10 million kids treated at Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals every year to bring laughter, inspiration, and joy to patients.

Actor and host of America’s Got Talent Terry Crews virtually visited the hospital visited his hometown hospital, Hurley Medical Center, and met a big fan – a 13-year-old sickle cell patient, Khiyah. They talked about pets, adversity, and Khiyah’s dream to be an astronaut.
