Wild Bill Virtual Tattoo-a-thon for UC Davis Children's Hospital

Annual Fundraiser supports the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU)

Every February, artists at Wild Bill's Tattoo work from 8 a.m. until midnight without pay (a 16-hour marathon). All the  day's proceeds -- including tattoos, piercings, jewelry, shirts and even the artists' tips -- are donated to the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit at UC Davis Children’s Hospital. This annual event has raised more than $276,000 to date.

Wild Bill, Roxanne and their team have been raising money for the PICU for more than 20 years, helping provide hope to families when they need it most.  This year is no exception! Although the in-person Tattoo-a-thon has been cancelled out of respect for the safety and health of customers and staff, Wild Bill's legacy of giving continues.

How can you help? Make your gift today to support our campaign.  Additionally, if you have participated in this event in the past and got a tattoo in support of local kids, please send an email to the shop and include a photo. Then help Wild Bill and his team by sharing the fundraiser with your friends. Local kids need your support so please donate today and help meet or exceed the $2500 goal.  Thank you!

Information about how funds are used at the UC Davis Pediatric Intensive Care Unit (PICU):

The state-of-the-art pediatric and cardiac intensive care unit at UC Davis Children’s Hospital offers care for the most critically ill and injured children. Each year, the PICU treats, on average, more than 1,600 infants, children and adolescents who experience traumatic injuries or life-threatening infectious diseases, or have undergone surgery to correct complex birth defects such as congenital heart anomalies. Renowned for telemedicine capabilities, UC Davis has two completely integrated telemedicine units that extend the PICU’s reach to communities throughout California.
