Bode's CIM Fundraiser

All, 

I'm excited to announce my inaugural fundraising effort for the Children's Miracle Network. The CMN partners with 170 children's hospitals throughout the United States and provides funding to improve health outcomes for children. Hospitals affiliated with CMN treat over 20,000 children per day. When you give to CMN, the funds support your community affiliated hospital - in this case, UC Davis Children's Hospital in Sacramento.   

The Event: California International Marathon 

When: December 3rd, 2023 

Why: In 2019, my son Bode passed away. His lungs never opened, and he became our angel 15 hours after he was born. We are very lucky to have had that time with him, and he is the force driving this effort in support of the Children's Miracle Network.  

With your help, we may be able to help families through some of their most difficult times. We may be able to provide financial relief to families during a time when the last thing they should need to worry about is finances. We may be able to help families remain whole. 

My goal is to raise $1,000 this year. If we are able to raise more, that's even better. The money we raise will help to fund care for children, the Child Life team, research, and more.
