Since 1987, Walmart and Sam’s Club have supported Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals raising more than one billion dollars to positively impact kids’ health in their communities. When Sam Walton committed his company to help raise money for CMN Hospitals he promised, “the associates will amaze you.” That’s exactly what they continue to do each year as we change kids’ health, to change the future – together!
In 2023, the Ankeny Walmart location raised just over $8,000, in 2024 we raised $17,069.87! We want to double our fundraising goal again this year , making our 2025 goal $34,500! With the help of our amazing community, are sure to meet that goal. 100% of the money raised at our location goes to the Stead Family Children's hospital in Iowa City, IA.
