Aydan's Fundraiser for Children's Miracle Network

Aydan's journey began with a complex set of medical conditions, including an enlarged heart and a single kidney. At three years old, he faced heart failure and a stroke, requiring intensive care and rehabilitation. Atrium Health Levine Children's Hospital became his home for five months as he awaited a heart transplant, supported by a Berlin Heart. Not only was Aydan a heart transplant warrior, but a recipient of great care. Even during the toughest times, Aydan's spirit shined bright, bringing smiles to everyone around him. Thanks to the generosity of an organ donor, Aydan received a new heart, and today, he is thriving and embracing life with joy and gratitude (along with pizza, candy, & his trombone too)! 

This year, Aydan is representing his local Children's Miracle Network (CMN) Hospital, Levine Children's Hospital, as the official CMN Champion for the Charlotte market. As Aydan proves to be a champion and advocate for Levine Children's each and every day, he is striving to raise critical funds and awareness to support the needs of the patient families served by the Levine Children's team. Because of kids like Aydan, and due to community support, Levine Children's can improve health, elevate hope, and advance healing for all. 

All donations stay local to Levine Children's Hospital and will support Aydan and his initiative to help his community and the village in which supported him in times of need.
