Jeremy Miller, a Miracle Kid treated at Rady’s Children’s Hospital, recently visited his local Great Clips salon to get a haircut and purchase a Miracle Balloon. If Jeremy looks familiar, it’s because you likely have seen some of his amazing Halloween costumes that have recently taken the internet by storm.
