Year in Review: Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals of Greater St. Louis

Congratulations Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals of Greater St. Louis on your incredible achievements in 2017! We would like to highlight the impact that you’ve made on St. Louis Children’s Hospital, SSM Health Cardinal Glennon Children’s Hospital and the communities surrounding.

In 2017, the St. Louis Market introduced 2 new Dance Marathon programs into their community: Fontbonne University and Southern Illinois University – Carbondale. Both of these programs were recognized in the top 15 highest fundraising first year programs! Ladue Horton Watkins High School was ranked in the top 10 highest fundraising high schools. Collectively the 7 Dance Marathon programs in the area raised over half a million dollars for their member hospitals!

Additionally, Washington University was recognized at Dance Marathon Leadership Conference (DMLC) for winning the Ryan White Award for overcoming adversity. DMLC was not the only place that the students experienced collaboration. The hospital hosted their second annual Dance Marathon Leadership Retreat earlier in the year, bringing together the students within their market, as well as other parts of Missouri and Illinois!

Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals of Greater St. Louis also introduced us to Miracle Child, Roxie, who served as Ace’s All-Star this year! They continue to do an incredible job of building relationships with their partners and championing their families!

Thank you to all of the programs, events, partners and team members at Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals of Greater St. Louis for the miracles you have made in 2017! We look forward to being a part of your journey in the upcoming year!
