St. John’s Children’s Hospital (SJCH) serves the families of southern and central Illinois by promoting the health of children and providing the highest quality of patient care, education, research and advocacy. In a collaborative partnership with the Southern Illinois School of Medicine, SJCH has more than 60 pediatric subspecialists and surgeons as part of the medical team caring for the pediatric patients of our region. They provide care in the areas of hematology-oncology, cardiology, critical care, behavioral pediatrics, gastroenterology, genetics, infectious diseases, neonatology, nephrology, neurology, pulmonology, and various pediatric surgical areas.
