Circle K Convenience Stores in the Midwest and Great Lakes Regions are Raising Funds for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals Now Through April 30
Three-Week Campaign to Benefit 32 Children’s Hospitals across 12 States
During the month of April, Midwest and Great Lakes Circle K Convenience stores are asking customers to purchase a Miracle Balloon icons to raise funds for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals®, a charity that raises funds for more than 170 pediatric hospitals.
Participating Circle K convenience stores are raising money for children’s hospitals by selling balloon icons for $1, or larger balloons for a $3, $5 or $10 donation. The 1,000 participating Circle K Stores have set a goal to raise at least $1,000 each.
Because all donations to Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals stay in the community where the donation was made, 32 children’s hospitals close to participating Circle K locations will benefit from the fundraising campaign. Benefiting hospitals often use Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals funds to purchase life-saving equipment, invest in research or training, or cover the medical costs of uninsured or underinsured pediatric patients.
Circle K has been a partner of Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals since 2003, raising more than $4 million for children’s hospitals through different fundraising campaigns. In 2010, Circle K raised $1 million for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals.
