USA Gymnastics, the national governing body for the sport of gymnastics, supports Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals through the Tyson Fitness Challenge and National Gymnastics Day- events that celebrate the sport of gymnastics, physical fitness, and fund raising and awareness for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. Nationwide, almost 80,000 gymnasts and supporters participate in these events and have raised more than $1 million through cartwheel-a-thons and other fundraisers. Regions of USA Gymnastics have also raised funds through regional meetings participating in events such as silent auctions.
