Delta gives wings to Rady Children’s patients

Delta Air Lines employees visited Rady Children’s patients and families on Tuesday, May 22. The staff included flight attendants, pilots, customer service representatives and maintenance crew members.

They provided patients and siblings with their own set of “wings” that they could decorate and Delta light-up pins.

Last year, Delta gave $50,000 to Rady Children’s Hospital to support the Peckham Center for Cancer and Blood Disorders as well as Child Life Services within the Warren Family Surgical Center.
