Today’s Flashback only reaches back 18 months. It was September 2009 when Justin Bieber took to the stage to perform at the 3rd annual Island Def Jam Rocks Times Square for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals at the Hard Rock Cafe in New York City. And we’ve had Bieber Fever ever since.
