Tops Fun Day in New York

On Saturday, July 1, a Tops Friendly Markets store hosted a Tops Fun Day for their customers and community members in support of their locations’ fundraising efforts during the Tops 2017 Miracle Balloon Campaign.   Team members from the Meadow Tops location, located on Meadow Drive in North Tonawanda, New York, offered food, games, face painting and a prize wheel throughout the day. The fire department and police team even made a visit, complete with fire truck tours and a K-9 demonstration.

Together, the event raised a total of $701 for Women and Children’s Hospital of Buffalo.  This Tops location is one of the 175 stores who participated in the 2017 campaign for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. In addition to community events hosted by Tops associates, Tops customers donated from June 25 – July 8 by purchasing a miracle balloon or rounding up their donation to the nearest dollar.  Tops has been a partner of CMN Hospitals since 2004 and supports 10 children’s hospitals in the Northeast.
