Rite Aid Scores a Hole in One at 17th Annual Golf Outing for CMN Hospitals

Rite Aid associates and supplier partners came together in celebration of the company’s core value of being a caring neighbor as they hosted their 17th annual Corporate Golf Outing for Children’s Miracle Network Hospitals. The annual event, which took place on May 20, benefits Penn State Children’s Hospital — the neighborhood CMN Hospital of Rite Aid’s corporate headquarters.

Supplier partners from across the country took part in a special day that represents so much more than a golf event. West Shore Country Club and Harrisburg Country Club graciously hosted the golfers, turned Miracle Makers, and a great time was had by all.

Miracle child, Jack, helped hand out awards to participants at the end of the night. Jack is just one of many children treated by Penn State Children’s Hospital every year. The Rite Aid Foundation event was especially personal for Jack and his family, as Jack’s cousin Jesse is a Rite Aid pharmacist.

Thanks to the generosity of Rite Aid associates and supplier partners, this year’s event was one for the record books — raising over $400,000!
