Big Buckle Award

John Lauck, CMN Hospitals’ former CEO, created an award to be given to an employee, celebrity or board member that went above and beyond. Someone who demonstrates an extreme measure of dedication and hard work on behalf of CMN Hospitals. The physical award John chose to give was that of a big, western belt buckle. You may remember the story John told of the Leadville 100-mile bike race and the extraordinary effort it took to get from the smaller belt buckle he won his first year to the BIG BUCKLE he won his next time competing. This award is in honor of John and to recognize the person he planned to present this award just two months after he passed.
