RUNNING 4 MIRACLES-OKLAHOMA CITY

Celebrating Veronica and Vivianne's Resilient Survival

On April 28, I will run the Oklahoma City Memorial Marathon to honor Veronica & Vivianne, 11-year-old twins from Oklahoma.  Both were born micro-premature at 26 weeks, weighing less than 1 lb. 2 oz. & 1 lb. 12 oz.  When they were born, they had numerous issues to overcome. They overcame eye disease, respiratory issues, and brain bleeds in their first months of life.  To this day, they continue to persevere over their challenges.  The whole family is grateful for the expert care they received at Oklahoma Children’s Hospital.
