In Honor of Those Who Serve

In honor of Veteran’s Day, we solute all those who have served and are currently serving our country.

At the recent NASH FM 95.1 Radiothon in September, a volunteer from Phi Delta Epsilon was answering phones at the phone bank. She posted her picture on Facebook, encouraging family and friends to call and donate.

Her phone rang and she started taking the pledge. When he started to give his name, she realized it was her boyfriend, whom she hasn’t seen in months calling from the middle east where he is stationed with the Navy. He donated. She cried. Everyone smiled the rest of the day.
